Since 2022, our partnership with Humble Hunters has focused on enhancing their social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Our primary communication strategy was directed at potential clients, showcasing the full range of services that Humble Hunters offers—from comprehensive ‘turnkey’ solutions to the provision of carefully selected, high-quality foreign workers. Additionally, we aimed to highlight the people behind this rapidly growing company, providing a face to the name and building trust within the community. Our continuous efforts have helped in breaking stereotypes about foreign workers, presenting them through various campaigns as valuable, skilled, and integral members of the workforce.
Capturing Real Stories: Large-Scale Shoots to Showcase Diversity
To further strengthen Humble Hunters’ brand and message, we organized extensive photoshoots focusing on several key industries and job roles, such as drivers, CNC operators, welders, chefs, bakers, and housekeepers. These shoots took place at the locations of existing clients, with the goal of representing the diversity of industries and the professionalism of foreign workers. Our approach was to show not just their professional side but also their personal stories, emphasizing that these individuals have families they care for and that they too enjoy their lives in Croatia.
Relevant Content Creation: Blogging to Inform and Educate
Another crucial aspect of our collaboration involved creating and maintaining a blog for Humble Hunters. We crafted content that addressed current and relevant topics, such as the necessary paperwork for hiring foreign workers, the challenges within source countries like the Philippines, and the specific requirements these countries have for sending workers abroad. These blog posts served as informative resources, helping to educate potential clients and the public about the complexities and benefits of hiring foreign talent.
